Introduction: Born in 1955 in Pengxi County, Sichuan Province.

Resume: 1973 joined the army;

        1976 entered telecommunication and engineering department of Northwest Telecommunication Engineering College

        1980 graduated from the university and began to learn calligraphy under the direction of Mr. Hu Songshi, a famous calligrapher.

        1987 assigned to work on calligraphy creation in art studio of Lanzhou Military Region.

        1999, set up Laide Art Center in Beijing.

Position: Councilman of China Calligraphers Association and China Artists Association;

        Professional calligrapher of General Logistics Department of Chinese Army;

        Director of Beijing Laide Art Center.

        Director of education department and Seal-cutting Studio of Researching Academy of Chinese Painting;

        Part-time professor of Researching Department of Arts in Beijing University.

Works Style: engaed in researching modern aesthetics of people in time spirit and has formed his own style in calligraphy writing as well as making intensive influnce in both domestic and abroad.

        His calligraphy works has bold and generous lines as well as unique charmings.

Exhibitions: Zeng Laide Calligraphy Exhibitions in museums and art galleries of Beijing, Nanjing, Liaoning, Shandong, Xi’an, Chengdu, Shenzhen, etc.
